Health and Safety: All accommodations and activities meet high safety standards. Host families and houses are thoroughly vetted by FOA staff to ensure comfort and security. In case any students get separated from the group, we use the Life360 app to ensure everyone stays connected and safe at all times.

Staff Support: Our trusted FOA chaperones will be with you every step of the way, offering guidance and ensuring your well-being. Both Japanese and American bilingual staff will also be available to assist with any translation or cultural concerns, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported.

Online Orientation: Before the trip, we will have an online orientation to address any questions or concerns you may have. This session will ensure you're fully prepared for your experience abroad.
